Best bnb experience. Breakfast was generous and the bed was lovely. The rooms were large and comfortable.

We had a room with countryside views. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose Smeaton Farm - B&B. Excellent base for city trip in St Mellion. Even the Newquay airport was not so far.
